Structure The structure of the Prevent Group consists of the parent non-profit association Prevent (Brussels, Belgium) and the subsidiary non-profit associations Prevent Academy for Working Life (Brussels, Belgium) and PreventLux (Leudelange, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg).
Organisational structure
Prevent’s organisational structure is based on a project organisation oriented at the market. This structure will support the creation, realisation and implementation of the various products and services of Prevent.
Alongside the general management and a number of staff functions (human resources, quality, finance and office & facility), the functional organisation consists of three departments, each with its own specific expertise: the Publishing & Information Department, the Consultancy & Research Department and the Corporate Communication Department. The training activities have been incorporated into the Prevent Academy for Working Life vzw, which together with the PreventLux Centre pour la Promotion du Bien-Être au Travail asbl forms part of the Prevent Consortium.
