What is Prevent focalizing on?

The realisation is dawning on increasing numbers of companies that optimum working conditions are not only beneficial for employees, but also for the company itself. The health, well-being and motivation of employees do well by it. Productivity, efficiency, quality and safety increase.


 
 
Employers can intervene in various ways to improve well-being at work. Over the years Prevent has built up substantial expertise in different areas of health and safety at work. The institute distributes knowledge to interested parties in the form of training, studies, advice, publications or campaigns. Prevent always keeps its finger on the pulse to detect new risks and develop strategies to prevent hem.

In 2009 Prevent worked on musculoskeletal disorders, (mental) health promotion, job retention and reintegration, older and young employees, the costs and benefits of safety and risk analysis.
